A Thought


Meditation, I know the benefits but I have a difficult time practicing daily. 
Lately I have been scheduling Wednesday evenings to myself.
Meditation can be from 1 minute to a couple of hours.
Tara Brach is my favorite meditation teacher, her voice
is calming and I like what she has accomplished.

A Thought

Mugg & Bean

A coworker had asked me to stop at 
Mugg & Bean for a coffee and a muffing (it was huge)
So here we are in downtown Cape Town

The pies were huge

Ryan had a coffee


I had a lemonade... 

...and a muffin (yes it was huge)
